    Dr. Tongroj Onchan
    Dr. Tongroj Onchan    Chairman of the Board and President of The Mekong Environment and Resource Institute (MERI) taught at Kasetsart University for 26 years. He was also Dean of the Faculty of Economics before joining Thailand Environment Institute (TEI) where he later became President in 1998. He has served as consultant and advisor to various organizations which include:

    Dr. Banasopit Mekvichai,   Deputy Chairman of MERI, with various experiences. Among the important ones are:

    Mr. Anthony M. Zola
    Mr.Anthony Zola    is the founder and chief executive officer of MIDAS Agronomics Co., Ltd., a Chairman and President & Agricultural/Resource Economist. He also undertakes short-term assignments as an agricultural, resource, and development economist for MIDAS Agronomics Co., Ltd. Areas of speciality include:

    Dr. Charles B. Mehl
    Trained as development sociologist, Dr. Mehl has worked in Thailand and in Asia for many years. His experiences include:

    Assoc.Prof. Akradet Artachinda
    A former professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University, Mr. Akradet has done research in water resource management, infrastructural development, and information technology mamangment. His experiences, at present, include:

    Dr.Adisak Sajjapongese
    Trained as a soil scientist, Dr.Adisak has extensive research and practical experiences, working on soil, land and water management in Asian countries for many years. From 1988-2000, he was Network Coordinator of ISIALAND, Management of Sloping Lands for Sustainable Agriculture Network, the International Board for Soil Management (IBSRAM). He also worked as Management Specialist at the Asian Vegetable Research and Development Center (AVRDC), Taiwan, during 1979-1988. Dr.Adisak, traveled extensively to work with other scientists and attended many international technical meetings.
